Government and big businesses have been using expensive and complex AI tools for a while. But now small and medium sized businesses are also leveraging the advantages of highly focused AI tools, that are available to everyone.
AI Is mainly used in two areas: Operational tasks, like analyzing pricing, sales strategy, or even “softer” areas like how to keep employees happy; and customers-facing tasks, like how to improve customer service, finding optimal routes for delivering pizza, or predicting how long a buyer looks at a product before adding it to the cart.
