How HR can help build the organization of the future

Does HR still play a role in the Future of Work? Yes, by taking a very active role in the transformation: “HR can help propel this transformation by facilitating positive change in these three key areas, as well as with nine imperatives that radiate out from them

This is a signal of New Ways of Working being strongly present also in the traditional and highly regulated companies. We call that 2nd  wave disruption.
