Self-awareness and self-worth are part of the modern workplace

The spiritual understanding of being a human at work is on the rise. In fact, self-worth, self-awareness, and self-care get attention increasingly. Here, Melody Wilding gives five pieces of advice.
“Being hard on yourself is not only ineffective, but it is also a hard pattern to break. How can you take a more balanced, emotionally equanimous approach to your performance? To start, create psychological distance from self-criticism by personifying it.”
This is a signal we have been monitoring for some years now. In the beginning it was looked at with giggles and “oh, do we really have to talk about feelings”. This has been replaced with a professional and curious embracement. Because there really is the need for it.
