Is hybrid work a fit for all?

Is hybrid work a fit for all? Or rather, how can we facilitate the discussion around hybrid work, so that people can be part of shaping it to their own personal preference?
Erica Dhawan has written a book on digital body language and in this HBR article she shares some good pointers:
“The first piece of advice? Give introverts time and space.“
“The second: Give extroverts airtime.”
“And finally: encourage a range of communication styles so that everyone can engage authentically.”
And yes, there is a whole debate on introverts, extroverts, ambiverts, flexiverts, and what triggers us to shape-shift between those positions, and we’re not going into that rabbit hole here. ????
