Good Morning April is a boutique consultancy, focusing on Futures Thinking and the Future of Life Science, work, leadership, collaboration, and community.

We use Futures Thinking to explore and evaluate the plausible and preferable effects of the trends, inside your organization.

We focus on life science and healthcare.

Who we help

The main focus is on progressive organizations in life science and healthcare.

We help both international clients in large corporate, regulated settings and smaller nimble organizations – in Denmark and internationally.

Examples of clients: Roche Denmark, Roche HQ (Switzerland), Novozymes, Novo Nordisk, Pingala A/S, Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen, Energinet – and a dozen more.

How we work

Typically, we act as transformation architects, futurists-in-residence, leadership advisors, business coaches, and strategic partners. We are both visionary and hands-on.

We bring the trends from the Future of Work and the Future of Life Science and healthcare into context of your organization, in order to explore how they affect the structures, cultures, strategy, and governance. Then, we plan, design, and execute the transformation together with you.

Keywords are Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, organizational design, teal, self-leadership, co-leadership, agility, organizational democracy, flatter organizations – and being a human at work.

What’s with the name?

“Good Morning“, because it is a welcoming greeting of a new beginning.

“April” because it’s the month of spring, power, nourishment, and growth. And because the name is rooted in the Latin Aprilis, which is derived from “aperire” that means “to open”.

The name is a poetic embracement of change.
